Barge bumper systems
DMI is the leading supplier of completely fabricated barge bumper systems. Our strict quality control standards and fabrication procedures developed over decades of experience ensure that our barge bumper systems offer absolute reliability. Every component is manufactured to strict tolerances and every shock cell is tested for quality assurance. DMI can perform advanced finite element analyses to further ensure system performance.
Boat landings
DMI can build complete boat landings, including our unique energy-absorbing boat landing design. DMI offers all types of energy-absorbing rubber products including rubstrips, bumper rings, rotating elements, and dock fenders.
EER shock cells
DMI also specializes in the design and manufacture of various sizes and types of shock cells. These include 18/30, 18/36 and 20/36 shock cells, as well as energy-absorbing eccentric energy ring (EER) shock cells.
Aluminum helidecks
DMI is a leading manufacturer of aluminum helidecks. We offer a turnkey service, including design, engineering, fabrication and installation. We can deliver complete aluminum helidecks within weeks of design approval.
Our designs include aluminum helidecks for rooftops, boats, offshore platforms and remote areas. We also handle all the necessary lighting, wind cones, safety net and accessories. In addition, we can design and manufacture the access stairways and outrigging.
We comply with all state, federal, and international standards and regulations, including API RP 2L, CAP 437, ICAO, FAA Heliport Design Manual, and others.
Aluminum gangways
DMI designs, engineers, fabricate and install aluminum gangways. DMI aluminum gangways comply with all domestic and international codes and standards, including the PemexNRF-003-PEMEX-2000 norm.
We have many pre-designed gangways, including complete drawings and calculations, but we can also adapt gangways to be installed in docks, boats or offshore platforms. We use a pivoting design that allows the gangway to move freely, vertically and horizontally.
Butterfly valves for offshore applications
DMI offers a wide range of valves that are suitable for many different industries, including the offshore oil and gas sector.
We can provide high-performance, resilient seated, lined, AWWA, and triple offset butterfly valves for industrial, chemical, HVAC, oil patch and agricultural services. We also have a large, ready-to-ship inventory to serve your urgent requests. Brand names include ABZ Valves, KOS Valves, Crane, Flowseal and Centerline.
Ball valves for offshore applications
DMI offers a complete line of quality ball valves for all industrial needs. We have one, two and three-piece valves, floating ball valves, pipeline trunnion-mounted ball valves, automated ball valves, multi-port ball valves, V-port control valves, sanitary valves, and more. Brands include Flo-Tite, KOS Valves, Kace and Crane.
We also offer a complete line of gate, globe, wafercheck, swingcheck, bronze and specialty valves. Brands include Williams, Crane, Marlin, Stockham, Aloyco and Jenkins.
